It's hard to explain if you don't know how he thinks. And I'm not even sure I know how he thinks. I do know for certain that "The dove always dies" was written for me.
He's made it clear many times over that our confrontation was inevitable, and I never wanted to give him the satisfaction of allowing it to come to that. But if people are dying then I think it has to go this way.
