I spoke with my cousin, and she and Mr Ponds will be happy to have the new Tea Appreciation club meet at the cafe on Wednesday. She says that the biscuits are nice, but the tea is just ordinary (but when was the last time you had your tea poured by someone with purple hair? I know it's only happened to me just the once.)

She seemed a little bit worried about how big the group would be, so we might not want to make it an open invitation for everyone. Maybe we can do something like Daphne does, and say "there's only room for X number of people." Or I suppose it could just be whoever can make it from the lock, plus Remy, plus Harry and Draco... if you think they would want to come along, Pansy.

What do the rest of you think?

Appreciating Tea (and biscuits) is going to be a lot more fun, I'll tell you that. For one thing it'll be you and Pansy and Justin and Luna instead of Patil and Zabini and Midgen.

Draco's been over-thinking the tea trip. You know. Worrying about people he doesn't know as well being there, and not knowing his cousins well enough so they wouldn't think he was being insensitive or improper. And he's asked me to spend time with him instead, most likely so he feels like he's got a halfway respectable reason for turning Hydra down. So I don't think we'll be going, even though I will miss seeing you.

Have an extra scone for me, will you?

Perhaps the next Appreciating Tea could combine with Tea Time of the Strange. I'm sure Sue would love to come.

We're supposed to be at this tea shop at 3, right? And I reckon it must be on the Floo, so I was thinking of going to Diagonal Alley first. Professor Siz sent a voucher so I could buy some new boots for trekking (not the boots for marching that come with the uniform, y'know). Anywiz, I haven't gone to buy them and I kind of have to since we're leaving- wait, what day do we go? Anywiz, Mum's been after me to get it done, but there just hasn't been time, has there?
